About the role:

This team is working on building a new service to enable a different workflow type. Our existing workflow Engine supports linear execution of a workflow, and we are looking at building the non-linear execution capability that would help us tackle many more market cases. You will play a crucial role in the design, development and optimization of solutions.

You will have a passion for engineering and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work colloquially with cross functional teams. This role is a little more front end focused, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining the client-side functionality of our web applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers and product managers to create exceptional, user-centric workflows.   

Your contribution will be: 

• Develop and maintain highly responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web applications.
• Implement clean, modular, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (JS, ReactJS, Angular etc.).
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive web applications.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

To be successful, we think you need: 

• 5+ Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with coaching more junior team members.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching.
• Knowledge of build tools and task runners (Webpack, Gulp, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
