About this role :

We are currently looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Engineering team in our office in Berlin. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.

 

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will: 

• Collaborate with supportive colleagues, sharing experience and expertise, as we strive to deliver great savings to our customers

• Work with brilliant engineers in a team that tackles highly challenging task and provides tools that extract the technical complexity from other engineering teams and helps them focus on building new amazing features for out customers

• Have opportunity to work on technical proof-of-concepts with cutting edge technologies

• Share knowledge with other engineering teams

 

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in developing complex modular applications from technical planning to implementation

• Good grasp of Javascript and TypeScript

• Advanced skill-set in React

• Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3

• Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express, NestJS and NextJS

• Experience with cloud solutions, such as AWS

• Experience with GraphQL solution, such as Apollo

• Logical, analytic thinking, structured and target-oriented approach, very good problem solving skills

• Passion for delivering clean code, unit/integration tests and maintainable documentation

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices

• Experience with IaC (Cloudformation or Terraform) is a plus

• Fluency in written and spoken English
