The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide strategic and tactical advice on people related matters to drive compliance, employee engagement, performance and conduct. The role also contributes to organisation-wide people related projects and programs that aim to enhance HelloFresh’s people practices through improving efficiency and effectiveness and enhancing capability. The role is also responsible for overseeing daily HR Operations at Youfoodz.

This role is based in Karawatha and will be reporting to People Operations Lead ANZ

You will…

• Drive organisational change, improve processes and implement HR best practices
• Partner with business leaders to provide solutions, support and guidance for People topics
• Drive projects and culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement
• Oversee management of complex HR and ER issues
• Manage key HR initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, talent management and performance development.
• Identify training and development needs and assist with design and roll out of solutions in collaboration with L&D teams
• Manage local and global people projects
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Lead and manage BAU HR activities 
• Line management responsibility for ER Specialist and Administrator

You have…

• 5+ years experience in HR operations in Australia, ideally in production or warehouse environment 
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations across the region
• Proven expertise in managing HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
