WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Senior Data Analyst within our People Team, you will be the driving force behind the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of People data - to optimize the delivery of our People services and elevate our decision-making.  

• Drive People systems infrastructure requirements, in partnership with People Operations and, to enable efficient and accurate data collection, data monitoring, and data audits 
• Further develop and track the flagship metrics for the people functions across the full employee life cycle from attracting, retaining, developing, rewarding and engaging the amazing people at sennder 
• Develop monthly and quarterly reporting for the People team, business leaders, compensation committee, board, etc. - using data, visualizations, that bring relevant insights for further strategy development and decision making on running programs
• Deliver company-wide insights by connecting people data points to business analytics and collaborate to be able to identify meaningful correlations to support business decision making.
• Support the development of HRIS self-service manager reporting / dashboards 
• Support in the development of People team forecasting and modeling, such as workforce planning, employee costs projections
• Lead data and analysis reporting activities on select People projects / programs
• Handle ad hoc requests for reports and People-related data in support of People Team and business initiatives
• Help develop key KPIs / metrics for the development of a People Team scorecard

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• You are passionate about data analytics and have several years of experience in data processing and analysis
• Have experience in data interpretation and storytelling
• Enjoy collaborating and building effective relationships within a wide variety of people
• Bring tremendous energy and forward drive for problem solving and delivery
• Have experience in managing and handling confidential information
• Have experience working in HR systems
• Thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment
• Have experience with tools such as Excel, Power Bl, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field
