Our mission is clear: achieve net zero by 2050 through rapid electrification. As Senior IT you will be the go-to expert for a broad range of IT topics; ensuring security, handling IT operations, and aligning IT strategy with business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, a hands-on supportive mentality, and the ability to prioritize strategically. This position is key to both maintaining regulatory readiness and building long-term digital resilience.

Your daily business will involve

  • Administer the company’s IT systems 
    • Across tooling, operating systems, networking, identity and endpoint management, as well as device lifecycle processes across a hybrid workforce. 
    • As well as office video- and audio systems, local IT Infrastructure and network setup 
  • Be the primary contact for IT issues - working on and continuously improving our IT support 
  • Serve as the technical backbone of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) 
  • Continuously improve our IT landscape in collaboration with various stakeholders  
  • Support the secure operation of cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms), including configuration, monitoring, and backups in collaboration with our DevOps team. 

Your profile

This is a hybrid role with office presence expected. 

  • Working Experience in System Administration, Networking, Device and Tool Management 
  • Hands-on working mentality and self-management skills to handle both daily operation and project work 
  • Experience working with remote distributed teams 
  • Motivated to take on project leadership and comfortable making decisions independently. 
  • Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations) and external suppliers 
  • Ability to implement a secure-by-default culture, act as a trusted partner for senior management, and enable our employees to work best. 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Strategic part: 
    • Assess IT needs, support tool rollouts, and streamline digital workflows that improve productivity, security, and onboarding/offboarding. 
  • Tooling: 
    • Microsoft 365 
    • Atlassian 
    • Windows + MacOS devices 
    • Monitoring and Patch Management Tools (e.g. NinjaOne, Zabbix, etc.) 
    • Mobile Device Management Tools (e.g. Microsoft Intune, etc.) 
    • Hardware Asset Management (e.g. Jira Assets, Snipe-IT, etc.) 
    • Network Management (Ubiquiti Hardware, HP Switches, Cisco Switches, etc.)
