HelloFresh is in search of a Senior Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding patterns and gathering insights on our target consumer, developing best-in-class ways to measure creative performance, and building the link between brand metrics and sales performance. This person will report to the Director of Brand & Creative and partner with other members of the Brand, Analytics (MISO), and Growth Marketing teams to help shape the future of brand measurement.

You will...
  • Aggregate data over time to find patterns and trends in ad creative, media touchpoints, consumers, etc.
  • Collaborate with analytics team (MISO) to develop comprehensive measurement of brand marketing and  short/long-term effect on performance
  • Create comprehensive dashboard and visualizations for brand metrics to aid better decision-making
  • Develop comprehensive media measurement in partnership with media agency and analytics team (MISO)
  • Lead consumer research to develop deep consumer knowledge and insights
  • Identify and lead long-term projects to improve data collection and analysis within brand across all functions 
  • Assess new tools and technology by performing cost and functional analysis

  • Analytical and understand how to identify the root cause of an issue
  • A self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and thought leader within marketing analytics
  • An excellent communicator and comfortable presenting to varied audiences on complex subjects 
  • Able to build custom reports and dashboards as needed
  • Ready to collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams and people of all levels
  • A scrappy team player 
  • Skilled in managing complex project plans
  • Impeccably organized with careful attention to detail
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment
  • Calm, collegial, and collaborative
  • Ability to guide and influence work and teams without direct responsibility
You have...
  • 6-8 years experience in Consumer / Brand Analytics roles 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working with Tableau, Facebook Ads Managers and Smartly, Google Suite
  • Extensive experience conducting and presenting data analyses and visualizations
  • Led successful long-term projects to improve data collection and analysis
  • DTC or Acquisition marketing analytics experience preferred
