Senior Manager, Content Creators
This role oversees emerging media channels across our brands: HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef and EveryPlate.
As the Sr. Manager of our Creator Program, you will be responsible for shaping, expanding, and optimizing a dynamic creator ecosystem with influencers, content publishers, and brand advocates. This program will be crucial in amplifying our brand voice and growing revenue through strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. You will sit at the crossroads between two teams: Influencer and Affiliate and report into the Director of Performance Partnerships.
This is a high performance/high impact role driving growth at HelloFresh Group.
Primary responsibilities will be helping to set the strategic direction of the channel with data at the forefront of decisions and recommendations. Additionally, analyzing influencer performance and recommending optimizations to achieve our ambitious acquisition goals across our portfolio of brands managing our high volume side of the brand and our agency partners.

- Build a program, Develop & Lead Strategy: Shape the strategic direction of our creator program, setting goals, objectives, and key results to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while growing our number of top partners.
- Recruit & Onboard Creators: Identify, vet, and onboard influencers, content publishers, and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and audience demographics.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster partnerships with influencers and creators to ensure long-term, authentic collaborations, and provide ongoing support for successful campaigns.
- Drive Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of creator-led campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Analyze & Report: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the impact of the creator program, track performance metrics (such as engagement, reach, conversions), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Influencer, Affiliate and Brand marketing teamsto ensure program quality .
- Work with Operations team to build gamified commission models, making partnerships with HF a top opportunity for channel or page monetization.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay current with trends in influencer marketing, digital content, and consumer behavior to keep our program competitive and innovative.

- 5+ Years of Experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, or brand management, ideally within a consumer-focused or e-commerce brand.
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms and the publisher industries. Proven track record of successfully managing or building a program for partners to thrive and earn when driving sales.
- Background in eCommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPV / CPS, CAC, incremental or marginal CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Strong Project Management Skills: Experience managing complex projects, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel / Office, advanced Excel experience, reporting automation experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED & Bachelors degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role required
