Job Title: Head of Employee Relations

Wanted: Builder of Global ER

We need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build a world-class employee relations function from the ground up. This isn’t a cushy, corporate role where you get to coast. We’re looking for a hands-on problem-solver who can navigate complex workplace issues, mitigate risks, and ensure fair and consistent employee relations practices—while staying laser-focused on compliance and business impact.

You’ll be setting the strategy, developing policies, and resolving complex workplace disputes across multiple regions. You’ve done this before, and now you’re ready to own it and make an impact. You’ll be starting as a one-person show, so there’s no hiding behind a team—you are the team. We need someone who can build the entire function from scratch, handle the big decisions, and sweat the small stuff when it counts.  If you’re looking for a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we handle employee relations globally, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build the Function: Define and develop our global employee relations strategy, policies, and frameworks from scratch.
  • Own Employee Relations: Manage complex workplace issues, conduct investigations, and drive resolution with fairness, speed, and consistency.
  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders to navigate tough employee matters and advise on best practices.
  • Risk Mitigator: Identify potential legal, reputational, and compliance risks—and develop strategies to stay ahead of them.
  • Problem Solver: When conflicts arise (and they will), you’ll be the go-to person for practical, business-minded solutions.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in employee relations, labor law, or workplace investigations in a global environment
  • Proven experience building or scaling an employee relations function
  • Deep expertise in global employment laws and compliance strategies
  • A bias for action. You don’t wait for someone else to fix things—you take the lead
  • Strong judgment and discretion. You know when to be direct, when to be diplomatic, and how to navigate sensitive situations

What we offer:

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance (individual plan 100% covered) and FSA
  • 401K with employer match
  • Fitness reimbursement
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Fun office culture with supportive leadership
  • Community engagement opportunities
  • Relaxed dress code
