Job Description: 

The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will develop and own the product marketing strategy for Factor’s newest venture.  Since this person will be joining pre-launch, a core element of this role will be identifying our go-to-market strategy for this new brand. This includes defining our customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning. You will work closely with our Product and Growth Marketing team to ensure fluidity of messaging and positioning across the customer lifecycle. This person must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. You will report to the General Manager of Growth, helping identify cross-functional initiatives that lead to strong incremental revenue.

You will…

  • Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Develop and own the product marketing strategy for the new venture, working on brand positioning, initial launch, and additional product launches
  • Map out the user journey, gather user insights, and identify new customer needs to focus both the product and growth marketing roadmaps
  • Serve as one of the main collaborators between the Growth Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Product teams
  • Identify the target audience and develop product positioning for new product launches
  • Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Engineering, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, and Growth Marketing to improve the user experience to drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and align online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners and the broader growth marketing team
  • Create product marketing goals, and analyze campaign performance 
  • Serve as a key collaborator between the Product and Marketing organizations

At a minimum, you have

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in ecommerce
  • Experience in collaborating with online marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, and search engine marketing
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
  • You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree

New York Pay Range$127,600—$159,500 USD
