As a Senior Media Planner, Social you are excited to put your passion for interactive marketing concepts, practices, and programs to the test. You’re a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive successful solutions for a brand’s needs. Liaising both internally and externally to juggle inter-agency relationships and rapport with the various internal planning teams isn’t a problem for you. And you’re always relentlessly pursuing new opportunities, approaches, and channels within the digital realm.

You Will:

  • Plan, manage and execute online media strategy in order to maximize client business and marketing objectives.
  • Juggle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Proactively engage with interagency teams, anticipating next steps without the need for close supervision.
  • Work closely with numbers, data analysis, and reporting; comfortable managing and optimizing larger budgets, including pacing and making necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively determine where and how consumer insights can make media campaigns successful.
  • Manage all campaigns including reporting, bid management, inventory forecasting and analysis.
  • Research and understand the current and evolving industry trends.
  • Identify high impact opportunities for developing breakthrough customer insights.
  • Manage deadlines and workflow (calendars, budgets, meetings).
  • Educate and mentor junior members of the team to help and provide growth in their own careers.

You Have:

  • 3+ years experience across major social media platforms, including campaign execution, ad creation, and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of social media campaign management and optimization practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Prisma, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
  • A strong understanding of strategic planning and the rationale behind media direction and decisions.
  • The ability to be highly organized with excellent attention to detail while managing complex projects efficiently.
  • Experience articulating ideas clearly and concisely, especially when collaborating with creative agencies.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • A strong work ethic and a good sense of humor, contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • The willingness to be eager to learn, be hands-on, and dive into tasks.

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$80,000—$100,000 USD
