About the Role:

As the Partner Manager - Senior Associate, you will be responsible for driving Taskrabbit's growth with IKEA throughout several US markets through both digital and store channels.

This will involve owning and following up on performance targets and general operations needed to reach such targets. You will work closely with IKEA team members to understand their needs and challenges, build relationships and promote Taskrabbit services in these stores. This will include frequent in-person visits to these locations as well as remote relationship management. 

Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in influencing partners and has a very collaborative approach in reaching the needed results.

What You'll Work On: 
  • Day-to-day management of relationships and communication with multiple stakeholders across IKEA in the respective US Customer Meeting Points
  • Prioritize, execute and influence performance improvement actions, this can include analytical activities as well as on the ground direct actions
  • Analyze and report on performance for all key channels and share with key stakeholders
  • Communicate the Taskrabbit value proposition to IKEA in all meetings and forum, both in person and remotely 
  • Collaborates with external partners within IKEA i.e. Selling Managers, Shopkeepers, Store Champions
  • Collaborates with internal partners within Taskrabbit i.e. Market Manager, TSM, Task Logistics, CS, Marketing, IKEA Partner Managers, EDDP
Your Areas of Expertise:
  • Min 3 years professional experience, preferably including a mix of retail and partner management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Analytical and operational execution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
  • You’re comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
  • You love open, honest, healthy communication 
  • This is a role that requires traveling within the US as needed
Compensation & Benefits:

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable.  total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
