Payoneer is looking for a seasoned, energetic, and ambitious Senior Partnership Manager for Japan & Korea, who takes ownership to the highest level, is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and has what it takes to deliver on business goals through effective execution. The role will be responsible for scaling the Partnerships acquisition channel and driving product partnerships in the region. The role is expected to deliver revenue performance beyond expectations by executing the GTM strategy in Japan and Korea while supporting initiatives across partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an eye for detail, strong analytics, creative solutions, and a shared drive to grow the business in the region. Someone comfortable engaging with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders at the senior executive level within a fast-paced & dynamic environment. They should thrive in a matrixed organization with attention to detail and tenacity in driving implementation of all aspects of the Partnerships organization objectives by orchestrating relationships between Payoneer’s supporting functions and client or partner organizations to deliver on revenue targets and goals. Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Partnership Manager.

What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Accountable for delivering above-and-beyond targets on revenues & acquisition within an experienced regional team.
- Define and create regional partnership plans to acquire new partners through hunting and farming existing partners while adapting to key market factors such as industry verticals, maturity, competition, regulations & product availability.
- Develop a robust commercial partnerships funnel that continually delivers against aggressive growth targets through pipeline tracking—from acquisition to onboarding and growth of partners to deliver ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
- Develop and maintain world-class C-level / Senior Executive relationships with key executives at both prospects, clients, and partners.
- Ramp new partner performance towards optimal referral pace through regular management and analysis of complex sets of data against KPIs, SLAs, and strategic data points.
- Support implementation & optimization of growth initiatives for commercial partnerships across Japan & Korea.
- Represent Payoneer comfortably to drive awareness, new partner acquisition, and engagement through campaigns, events, and other co-marketing initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota-carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development in Payments, Financial Services, Technology, eCommerce, or other strongly relevant verticals.
- Demonstrated success in delivering against multiple key growth initiatives or projects while working with virtual cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, and Japanese or Korean language, with outstanding communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort creating and delivering presentations at the senior level to customers & partner organizations.
- Abundant experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), BI platforms (e.g., Tableau), technology platforms/solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
