About the role

As a Senior Partnerships & Affiliates Business Development Manager for France, you will be part of exciting new growth of the partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Affiliates, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to open doors and achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding and sustaining great partnerships.

What you will be doing
  • Be the face of HelloFresh France and subsidiary brands to external consumer brands/affiliates with the goal of generating new business 
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and sell them as solutions for partners
  • Understand Hello Fresh key business and market trends, business drivers and competitive dynamics to influence and set an ambitious local partnerships strategy.
  • Have ownership of your sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing leads and building a plan towards hitting conversion and revenue targets 
  • Understanding and applying established investment frameworks to ensure spend efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional alignments across markets and capabilities to target the right market segments and/or industry trends for valuable partnerships.
  • Studying market data to identify trends/opportunities, as well as assessing and accessing business results
  • Auditing and improving pipeline performance, reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Central Teams to leverage tools, playbooks and resources to drive large partnerships

What we are looking for
  • 4+years experience in business development and/or strategic partnerships
  • Experience developing, negotiating and signing industry leading deals with market leaders to deliver high-value
  • Proven track record of building and scaling highly performing partnerships.
  • A very strong strategic and analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
  • Equipped with a profound knowledge of the market trends in partnership and affiliates fields
  • Adaptable and possess the ability to relentlessly prioritize multiple projects at once and execute effectively
  • A culture fit; you are professional, passionate, collaborative and hungry to learn
  • A driver of change and someone who breaks down barriers
  • Excited by ambitious targets and energized by rising to challenges
  • Able to move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster
  • French Native speaker, Fluent in English
