As a Senior Producer at Artbot, you will be central to content creation and digital production. Leading projects from ideation through to completion, you'll have a deep understanding of every phase involved, and how it fits into the overall client roadmap / content strategy.

When a job calls for live action, you can quickly break down a script into talent and set-up requirements, you can forecast required resources, timelines, and costs, and can work with production partners and our internal Studio team to bring a creative vision to life. You have deep knowledge of post-production (offline and online elements) and a great rolodex of partners to bring to the mix.

When production at scale and/or creative automation tools are at play, you can dig in with internal subject matter experts to determine the best path forward, aligning both team and tools to the client need both now and for future productions. You have a keen interest in scale and automation, as well as innovation tools like AI, and you don’t shy away from situations in which we need to employ innovative production thinking and challenge the way we’ve ‘always’ done things.

Finally, your skill at bringing teams together both internally and externally is key. You collaborate with your project manager and program directors easily, develop a great report and reputation for getting the job done with your client service team, and you can demonstrate an ability to work in an integrated agency model, with producers and discipline team leads from other agencies. You can designate scope for a large project or program of work amongst a team of producers and creatives and work together seamlessly with the end goal of the best craft and output for our clients in mind.

    • Identify and flag legal risks associated with production early and engage appropriate parties both internally and with client to assess and mitigate
    • Collaborate closely with the internal and client stakeholders to ensure all brand elements and design systems are upheld during the production process
    • Oversee pre-production, on-set activities (if applicable), and post-production with a key focus on creative and craft, while ensuring creative is optimized for media and scale requirements, and efforts are prioritized
  • As part of your leadership role as a Senior on our producer team:
    • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and external partners with an open-door policy to collaborate on ways of improving production workflows and efficiencies
    • Mentor and guide your reports (career tracks and work tracks) on both hard and soft producer skills, grooming and growing your team to be the best producers and team members they can be

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in interactive and/or digital production, within an agency or production company environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital production, campaign work, and live action shoots, with a focus on digital deliverables (paid and owned channels)
