What you’ll bring

  • Experience integrating design systems across diverse enterprise products to ensure cross-product synergy and a cohesive user experience. Creating comprehensive and scalable written and video-based documentation that caters to the needs of these varied product teams.
  • A systems thinking mindset to build, maintain, and support a successful multi-tiered design system, considering the interconnectedness and interdependence of the components and growing suite of products in the Culture Amp platform.
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with a growth mindset. You’re comfortable working with product managers, engineers, and other domain experts to co-design pragmatic solutions that balance impact, effort, and confidence.
  • Self-motivation, independence, and comfort with ambiguity. You take the initiative to ensure you have everything you need to work efficiently and call for support when required.
