Your TasksUtilize your expertise in UX/UI design to develop strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Lead and conduct user research, developing deep insights into user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
Conduct thorough experimentation and A/B testing across user journeys, focusing on optimizing the experience for acquisition, monetization, and retention.
Work within a fast-paced growth pod to design seamless and compelling user interfaces that contribute to our growth objectives.
Employ data-driven approaches to inform design decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and assess the effectiveness of your initiatives.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX/UI design and digital product growth strategies.
Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate within a nimble cross-functional growth pod (alongside product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists) to create seamless and compelling user experiences.
Leverage data to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and measure the impact of your initiatives.
+ 5 years experience in a tech or SaaS B2B environment.
Product led growth hands-on experience
Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects that drove business growth.
Strong background in user research, persona development, and journey mapping, with specific experience in user journey experimentation around acquisition, monetization, and retention.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using design and analytics tools to gather insights and drive decisions.
Familiarity with the latest design software and technologies ( we use Figma).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different disciplines.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
Enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems and achieving ambitious goals.
