YOUR IMPACT

As Senior Product Designer, you are reporting to our Head of Product Design and are responsible for creating user-centered products. You work in a cross-functional Product Engineering team together with Product Management and Engineering. Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

• Handle product ideas end to end. – You will be empowered to own and manage initiatives from product discovery, research, prototyping, iteration, and user testing to delivery and continuous improvements. 
• Product design mindset – You solve tasks, identify problems, and propose solutions, both on the UX and UI side. Collaborate with product and engineering to come to the best solution. 
• You will be part of a cross-functional team – with its own rituals. Plus, you are part of the Product Design team which you can rely on, share, and collect feedback continuously also supporting others in their growth (peer-to-peer mentoring).  
• Team player – You support the Head of Product Design in defining operational excellence.  
• Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective, working on the UI / UX guidelines and design system. Set new standards to help us compete with the best!

THIS IS YOU

We will make RegTech “fun and sexy” – and for this, we need your impact. To succeed in this role, you should:

• You’re passionate about your job in its true meaning.   ex: You'd miss some sleep as you can't stop thinking about a difficult UX challenge. 
• You LOVE being a designer – and aim for pixel perfection. 
• Figma is your home ground – You are proficient in Figma. You work with auto layout.  
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements, ideally for a B2B SAAS product. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - web standards, typography, accessibility, color theory, and layout principles. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - You can articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
• Be a fluent English speaker. German is a nice-to-have. 
• Be humble. We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other out. With your pragmatic, creative, and communicative approach, you simply bring people together. 
• Be open-minded and hungry for knowledge and continuous improvement, but also you just love to have FUN!
