The Retail Operations Systems and Services team is redefining the applications and services used by our B2B partners and Chewy’s Merchandising business and operations teams. This team is expected to set the standard for optimization and automation of essential processes to continue exceeding customer expectations. We are on an exciting journey building a world-class platform from the ground up to support our vendor operations and are looking for a product leader with a builder mentality and passion for working backwards from customer problems to find innovative solutions.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of new features that meet the unique needs of our internal and external partners. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, using your expertise in data analysis, user experience design, and market research to win long-term customer trust and achieve business growth, while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends, and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful products to drive innovation, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with our internal engineering/IT teams.

What You will Do:

  • Use your customer first mindset to develop and execute a product strategy, aligning with Chewy’s mission and goals to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Work closely with B2B partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure their successful implementation in our vendor portal.
  • Create and maintain a multi-year product roadmap and prioritized product backlog, ensuring the product vision aligns with customer and business goals.
  • Imagine and explore the feasibility of bold, new ideas that would be impactful to our customers and improve the user experience, while meeting unique workflow and collaboration requirements.
  • Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements, transforming these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
  • Create mechanisms to track progress and deliverables related to the product/feature suite you own across all tech and non-tech tracks.
  • Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicating impact clearly across the organization to drive prioritization.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and superior communication skills.

What You will Need:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product management or related field, with 2+ years building and managing product roadmaps; eCommerce experience preferred.
  • BS in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working on greenfield ideas from concept-to-launch as well scaling businesses and features while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with aptitude to analyze, communicate and present metrics, plans and decisions effectively to support recommendations across a large organization.
  • Position may require periodic travel (2-3x/year).

Bonus (if applicable):
