Wanna be part of something big?As Senior Product Manager, your product team will have a direct impact on supporting Capmos strategic goal of moving upmarket, attracting larger customers and transitioning from a software tool to the best platform for managing construction projects in the execution phase.These challenges are awaiting you: 

• Completely own the Users, Permissions & Organization experience with your product team, ensuring that it’s even easier for our customers to get started and configure Capmo to their needs
• Prioritize opportunities in line with our strategy as well as by leveraging data insights to make sure we work on what brings most value to our customers and our business
• Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experience in an agile manner - maintain & prioritize a feasible backlog and facilitate ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros and Dailies
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Capmo to formulate and test hypotheses ensuring that you are shipping high-impact solutions
• Support iterating processes within the Product Management group in alignment with the Head of Product Management

• You have 4+ years of experience working in Product Management field in startups or start-up like environments, ideally in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS 
• You have a proven track record of discovering and delivering solutions within complex software spaces
• You are experienced using both quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (e.g. user research, feedback) to inform prioritization and business judgements
• You are excellent in translating company strategy and business goals into initiatives & features within your domain (feasible tactics, balancing trade offs between scope, time and quality)
• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindset which goes in line with strong stakeholder management skills to design strategy & go-to-market approaches for new features
• You have the ability to deliver outstanding outcomes in a timely manner by strong prioritization, focus and by applying Lean approaches 
• You are fluent in German (must have!) and English in both, written and spoken
