YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and manage product marketing campaigns to promote our Compliance Management Platform, “Compliance COCKPIT,” across all global markets – and thus help us shine brighter. ✨ This role plays a critical part in formulating the go-to-market strategy for new Compliance COCKPIT applications, as well as maximizing the growth potential of our existing apps. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-departmental projects and coordinating with various stakeholders across different departments such as marketing channels, creative teams, and product-related teams. Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute: 

  • Love a good strategy! You develop and execute go-to-market strategies for different product groups, applications, and target audiences based on our global product strategy.
  • Drive growth! You plan and execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for our Compliance platform and applications. This includes creating business cases, marketing plans, and content & communication strategies, based on persona and customer analysis.
  • Thrive on data! You identify potential top-selling products, accelerate the growth of our existing bestsellers across all markets using a data-driven approach, and continuously improve marketing activations based on performance tracking.
  • Grow stronger together! You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Management and Sales Enablement teams, to develop effective sales strategies and materials.

THIS IS YOU

To succeed in this role you should: 

  • Have several years of professional experience in product marketing, with strong knowledge of how to drive revenue growth for B2B SaaS products both strategically and tactically.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, bring your passion for making an impact and your ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Use your excellent project management skills to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Apply your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable messages to communicate with our target audience effectively.
  • Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • As a fluent speaker of both German and English, you'll have the chance to work closely with stakeholders and collaborate across teams in a dynamic and exciting industry.
  • Previous experience in the compliance management market or similar industries is a plus, but if you're a motivated individual with a hands-on attitude, we want to hear from you asap!
