Senior QA Analyst - Patient Services (x/f/m)

Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
What you’ll doYour primary focus will be on patient services, improving access to care for all patients.
As a Senior QA Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Becoming a subject matter expert in the scope of your feature team
- Be the user champion and ensure the best experience for our users by challenging product specifications Improving our approach regarding accessibility to ensure inclusivity for all users will be a key aspect of your role
- Defining test strategy during project planning and development in relation with product managers and engineers
- Ensuring the test suite remains effective and efficient through time Ensuring that the feature team has a common understanding of how to guarantee highest standards of quality
- Collect and report on testing metrics and defects, and collaborate with developers and PMs to prioritize their resolution
- Take the lead on initiatives to reduce bug injection and facilitate defect investigations (exploratory testing, dialogue with tech support teams,...)

- You possess experience in a QA role with a system at scale in a distributed app environment.
- You are proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative
- You also have a strong sense of ownership on what you build and you have a bias for action.
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- Have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.
- Have proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Detox)
- Are comfortable understanding and working with source code
- Have experience in a hyper-growth environment or large organization.
- Have effective communication and collaboration skills in English.
