What you’ll doAs a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, your mission will be to:
- Own Test Planning and Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and strategies during tech scoping, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
- Drive Exploratory Testing: Facilitate and guide exploratory testing sessions, mentoring team members in effective testing techniques.
- Oversee Bug Triage Process: Manage the bug triage process efficiently, ensuring critical issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Lead Security and Privacy Initiatives: Collaborate with security experts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Performance Testing Coordination: Coordinate performance testing efforts before major releases, working with engineers and PMs.
- Monitor Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Prepare for and conduct audits, ensuring QA processes meet relevant regulatory standards.
- Quality Metrics Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- You have at least 4+ years of QA experience.
- You are proficient in test management tools and automation frameworks.
- You have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- You are experienced in performance testing and security compliance.
- You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You are proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
