What you’ll be spending your time on:

The R&D Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the following:

Managing software cross-funtional projects, from involvement in the discovery stage to creating and owning an integrated work plan, and tracking the projects’ progress until completion.

Developing the project plan by understanding dependencies, risks, effort estimations, and cross functional implications.

Tracking, mitigating and resolving conflicts during all project phases.

Consolidate data in a concise and accurate manner to help senior leadership members make holistic, and data-driven decisions.

Matrix and cross-functional management of all involved stakeholders, such as Product Managers, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Business, Legal, Risk, Compliance.

For this role you are also:

Organized, methodological, and thorough with the ability to dive into technical aspects, while keeping a wide angle vision.

Proactive, creative, out-of-the-box thinker.

A “people person” that leads and engages others to meet the project goal/KPIs.

Have the ability to communicate powerfully and profically with wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and driving software projects in a global environment.

Experience dealing and communicating with CXOs – Must

Fluent English, written and verbal – Must

Experience with cross functional management, working with R&D, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk.

Familiar with agile methodology.

Planning and Risk management experience.

Not a must but a great advantage:

Technical background (development/QA/product)

Experience in the Fintech industry
