Senior Renewals Manager
Joining the Renewals team at Collibra is a highly collaborative and dynamic team that provides support to various departments such as Customer Success Manager (CSMs), Sales, Order Operations, Legal, and Finance organizations. The POD approach mentality is essential to succeed in this role, as it requires working across different organizations with varying needs. Creativity and original thinking are also crucial qualities that one must possess to secure best-in-class renewal rates. To excel in this position, one must have a strong understanding of systems and process selling, and the ability to manage and close a substantial volume of renewal opportunities. Senior Renewal Managers at Collibra are responsible for- Work closely with customer success managers, sales teams, and other internal departments for timely renewals
- Drive the renewal process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and pricing with customers.
- Provide guidance on how to strategize the renewal process in order to maximize value-based renewal pricing.
- Prepare renewal quotes and verify contracts, review terms and conditions
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate and in-line with corporate policies.
- Complete renewal lifecycle management including order creation and submission, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations and obtaining signed paperwork as required.
- Respond to questions from customers, CSMs and sales reps on any aspect of a renewal
- Prepare monthly reports outlining renewal metrics
- Partner with other renewal and sales team members as appropriate to assist with successful completion of renewal
- Experience negotiating contracts and working with SaaS renewals is required
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume renewals in accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications is required
- Experience performing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support or drive business outcomes
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

- Within your first month you will complete onboarding and enablement, meet with the global team and cross-functional partners, shadow current RM’s
- Within your third month you will be fully ramped, have begun account planning, been introduced to all of your customers and begin engaging directly with clients in the renewal process.
- Within your six month you will be proactively managing a full book of renewal business, driving on-time renewals, and actively leading/coordinating all renewal discussions
The standard base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
