With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.                        This role will be instrumental in overseeing the management and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system, aligning it with business objectives. The chosen individual will have a pivotal function in directing our Salesforce strategy and ensuring the alignment of our technological initiatives with our business goals. We are keen on welcoming a professional with substantial technical acumen in Salesforce, coupled with the strategic insight to foster innovation and drive efficiency.

Your Tasks

  • Strategy & Design: Define and lead the strategic direction of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Create solutions leveraging Salesforce's extensive toolkit to meet company objectives. Prior experience with tools such as APEX and Visualforce is beneficial. Support and optimize other tools as per project requirements, including but not limited to LeadIQ, Outreach, Zoom Phone, DocuSign, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Demodesk. Oversee platform maintenance.
  • Best Practices: Guarantee solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adhere to best practices in terms of configuration, testing, and data integrity. Review and assess solutions in terms of performance, security, and other pertinent metrics.
  • Collaboration & Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and the IT team to deliver solutions that satisfy business needs. Drive user adoption by providing training on new processes and changes. Maintain consistent communication with users for updates and feedback.                      
  • Solution Documentation: Develop detailed technical documentation to guide development teams, preserving an understanding of application and integration architectures.                        
  • Continuous Improvement: Remain updated on Salesforce's newest features and best practices, actively proposing and implementing process improvements.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge on best practices and helping overcome technical challenges.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce customization and integration.
  • Proven capability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.                                                         
  • Robust technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to operate both independently and within a team framework.
  • Profound knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Pardot is a notable advantage.
  • A minimum of ADM201 Salesforce certification. Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
