• Facilitate the Scrum process for several Agile teams, creating a productive environment;
• Agile team coaching, sharing of principles and practices and introduction of Scrum ideology;
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver high-quality products;
• Streamlining the Scrum process to enhance the team's efficiency and adaptability;
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance;
• Establish proper communication between the development teams, Product Owners and Stakeholders;
• Monitor and share team progress and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and transparency.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field; A Master's degree is considered an advantage;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least a year in a senior role;
• Possession of Scrum Master or equivalent certificate(s) in Agile direction;
• Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams;
• Experience with Agile project management tools;
• Focus on continuous development.
