Advise. Assess. Collaborate. Interpret. In this role, you’ll guide technical compliance, evaluating regulatory impact and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. This is to ensure success for the Group and contribute towards the growth of other members of the Technical Compliance Team.

Execution

• Partner with product & engineering teams to ensure compliance considerations are fully understood and appropriately balanced against product experience and delivery timelines.
• Support the technical requirements of licence applications for new market entries, changes to existing license conditions or development of new features by preparing product, technical, and process documentation in alignment with the Regulatory Compliance Team.

Product & Customer Knowledge

• Build and maintain strong expertise in the technical aspects of regulatory frameworks for your assigned markets, with a focus on how they apply to our internal platforms and product set, inclusive of third-party platforms and products used by the Group.

Collaboration

• Develop strong working relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operational, Legal and Information Security.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes effectively.
• Ensure product & engineering teams deliver and maintain compliant product features and underlying technology in all applicable markets by working closely with the teams

Vision and Strategy:

• Understand and align with the company’s broader strategic direction and how Technical Compliance supports it.
• Build deep knowledge of our platforms and products to identify compliance gaps and define compliance scope for new market launches.
• Staying abreast of global igaming regulation, technical standards and emerging technical compliance trends.

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Internal Audit, Law, Engineering or related topic.
• Certification in Information Technology Audit, such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical compliance or related role, with at least 2 years of experience in the igaming sector.
• Holds a good understanding of industry best practices of key iGaming regulated markets
• Experience in collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders - technical, non-technical, internal, and external.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and tasks and drive them forward with the support of the leadership within the team
• Ability to interpret technical compliance requirements into pragmatic business terms and drive their implementation throughout the organisation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and embrace change.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and ideally other languages.
• Team player and solution oriented.
• Aptitude for supporting junior team members
