About the opportunity:

Are you a talented and experienced Technical Support Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to effect change in a dynamic and innovative organisation? We're searching for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play an important role in the delivery of professional and efficient support to Seeing Machines on site and cloud infrastructure. Key to this position will be the execution of Systems integration, assisting in the designing of applications and forms, while working on new or enhanced services.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support to staff in all locations globally
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees in the use of Information Systems
  • Provide assistance in Information Systems projects including service design, development, testingĀ and delivery activities.
  • Produce Information Systems services related analytic reports and develop associated briefings.

About you:

It is expected that you will have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline or a Diploma of Information Technology (similar).
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices as knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD and a demonstrated history using Linux.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills will compliment your ability to operate and plan in a rapidly changing environment.
