Why We Have This Role
Research Services delivers 12k projects per year, 14+ million responses collected across roughly 2500 accounts. We work across existing Qualtrics accounts to maximize the value of the software and help clients leverage data and insights to tackle challenging business objectives. We are seeking a Senior Technology consultant to serve some of our largest clients and help deliver the future vision of Research Services.

- Support the Product team to improve product features and the Sales team in pursuit of large deals.

- Opportunities to demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Be an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions
- Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
- Lead projects to completion, including management of client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resources.
- Serve as an internal leader on that helps build the benchmark for how we deliver, how we train, and how we upskill our teams
- Partner on high-impact internal initiatives to drive the technical implementation strategy for future research services offerings
- 1-4 years of experience at a SaaS/Technology/Consulting Company
- Bachelor’s degree or greater
- Experience in the delivery of technical solutions that drive business value
- Experience in project management
- Basic skills in the language of technology, through coding and engineering, e.g. HTML/CSS, Javascript (beneficial but not required)
- Excellence in written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and working in a rapidly changing environment
- Client-facing experience in a technical or project management role
- Fluency in English
- Experience leading team members and/or initiatives while managing competing responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to independently establish direction on ambiguous projects

- Many across research services are wearing many hats, and it will be important to be able to handle multiple projects while operating autonomously and raising issues appropriately.
- You will be an initial core source of technical expertise, that will need to determine the tools and processes to best democratize that knowledge to newer teams across multiple offices.
