Join Corsearch's Product Design practice and help us design compelling user experiences for our Online Brand Protection platform. You will have an opportunity to influence how we shape our design thinking process, participate in end-to-end design, contribute to the team’s vision, and work together to make it a reality.
✅ Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for end-to-end product design process, from discovery to delivery, while promoting cross-functional collaboration across pods and teams.
- Rely on a healthy mixture of data analytics, user experience research, and behavioural frameworks, to inform design decisions, translating insights into meaningful design proposals.
- Partner with product managers / owners, and developers to craft engaging user experiences that seamlessly connect real world and digital interactions.
- Actively seek out feedback at all phases of the design process from peers, collaborators, and stakeholders while owning your final design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, support design reviews, and ensure consistency and cohesion across the online brand protection platform.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and adoption of our design system.
- Help build the culture of a new and growing Product Design team.
- Figma expertise, including design component libraries.
- Experience with Pendo or Google Analytics.
✅ Essential
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, with a focus on B2B desktop-first experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and data driven design experience, design documentation, and data visualizations.
- Track record of solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You can articulate key points clearly and succinctly when presenting design decisions and documenting your work.
- Degree in Human Computer Interaction, UX, or related discipline required.
- Passion for creating products and services that resonate emotionally with people and drive changes in their behaviours.
- Highly self-organised, an analytical thinker, and can work autonomously taking attention to detail and the quality of your work.
- Intense customer and end-user focus.
✅ Desired
- Experience working with diverse remote cross-functional teams.
- Brand Protection subject matter knowledge would be an advantage.
- Experience with Jobs to be done (JTBD) methodology, JIRA and Kanban experience would be helpful.
- Lean UX experience a bonus.
