As a Senior Venture Architect, you will play an important role in driving cross-functional collaboration, envisioning technical solutions, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals. • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for product launches, driving market adoption
• Create and deliver high-quality technical solutions tailored to customer needs,
• Analyze market trends to enhance product success and refine operational strategies that align with market demands
• Lead cross-functional teams through project initiation to scalability, facilitating decision- making and operational progression
• Provide hands-on leadership to specialists in product, development and marketing, fostering collaboration for the project success
• Establish long-term relationships with privacy associations
• Take an active role in validating the product & service concepts directly with users, especially during the early-stages of the maturity life-cycle

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a Venture Architect, Project management or similar position
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and building organizational structures
• Proven project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Ability to work independently and within a structured framework
• You are an excellent team player with strong sense of team spirit
• Ability to excel in dynamic environments by taking proactive ownership
• Familiarity with financial business planning is a plus
• Experience in agile product management is a plus
