As an AI Program Manager in the Individual Solutions team, you operate at the interface of business and technology and work backwards from customer challenges to plan and deliver game-changing AI Programs. You are passionate about applying AI in a real world setting and tackling the manifold challenges that come along. As an AI Program Manager you will work closely with our AI Engineering teams and AI Strategists as well as a diverse ecosystem of external partners to realize AI value for customers. You don’t accept AI for the sake of AI but only as an application to improve the status quo across organizations. 

• You focus on strategically working together with our partners & customers across industries to enhance their business and operational outcomes by helping them to reach their ambitious AI goals through a systematic AI acceleration approach
• You are responsible for scoping customer AI programs based on their specific needs and leading the execution as a program manager
• You insist on the highest standards for customer workshops, you build deep and trustworthy relationships with customers and identify additional AI opportunities to get customers to the next AI maturity level
• You bridge the gap between our partners’ needs and the appliedAI assets, individual solutions engineering, as well as external resources

• You combine the best of strategic project management with strong technical passion & technical expertise in AI
• You have gained multiple years of experience as a Management Consultant, AI Engineer, (Technical) Product Manager, or comparable and have an academic background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics or similar
• You posses excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and combine them with strong presence and communication skills
• You enjoy developing your existing business and AI skills in order to make significant contributions to impactful business decisions
• You have the ambition to look beyond the technology and you are able to translate the impact of AI to senior customer stakeholders in their own language (“Why & How”)
• You work best in a high-performing team and have the drive & willingness to learn new things and to continuously improve yourself and appliedAI
• Fluent English and German is required 
• Depending on individual skills, relevant experience and seniority, this role can be either Senior or Principal AI Program Manager
