We’re looking for an SEO Manager to lead the SEO activities for several of our Website Intelligence solutions. This is a maternity leave replacement. 

This role will report to the Director of SEO. 

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

As part of the SEO team, you will get to create, maintain & optimize Similarweb’s Website Intelligence Solution SEO strategy, using the most accurate data and tools.

You will provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to content & product managers, ensuring maximum content impact and optimal product value delivery.

You will own all aspects of the SEO work for the Website Intelligence solution: from research, planning, and on-page optimization, to developing & executing content strategies, driving organic growth & increasing search presence on a global scale.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the SEO teammeans your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Research, strategy, mapping of content gaps, and performing on-page optimization 
  • Monitor and inspect technical optimization issues affecting the site & work with development teams to fix
  • Work with the global field managers & local contractors to launch and maintain localized SEO activities
  • Conduct external website research & Identify relevant outreach prospects, contact, track & report results
  • Analyze search & technical data to extract SEO insights for your designated solution
  • Manage a content outreach plan, define schedules, execute outreach plans by budget, set goals & report regularly
  • Collaborate with content & product teams regularly, ensuring maximum content impact and optimal product value delivery.
  • Analyze ranking and traffic & Report regularly about all aspects relevant to your SEO activities for your solution

 

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 3-4 years as SEO at an agency/tech company
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawl & audit tools, competitive research tools
  • Analytical thinker, methodological, creative, problem-solver
  • Excel/Spreadsheets & Looker knowledge
  • English at mother tongue or high level
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to multitask
