Why We Have This Role

As an experienced SEO manager, you will be a key member of our Global Web and Digital Marketing teams, tasked with driving pipeline generation by implementing our global SEO and content strategies. As a key member of our Global SEO team, you'll play a critical role in increasing organic traffic and pipeline through strategic content initiatives that span North America, EMEA, and APJ. In this role, you will conduct keyword research, collaborate with experts and partners to produce high-quality content, execute audits to resolve technical SEO concerns, optimize web experiences for traffic and conversion, and report on key success metrics including organic search traffic, goal completions, search rankings, and technical site health.

  • Build and grow a Global SEO program, taking autonomous charge of a specific geographic region to drive impactful results.
  • Collaborate with a team of in-house professionals and agency experts to craft a content strategy that sets the benchmark in the industry.
  • Lead dynamic cross-functional projects aimed at generating demand, deepening your expertise, and expanding your mastery of other digital channels.
  • Things You’ll Do

    • Perform ongoing keyword research and expand keyword opportunities aligned with the Qualtrics product roadmap.
    • Manage editorial projects including planning, maintaining a content calendar, ensuring timely contribution from stakeholders, and publishing optimized content.
    • Collaborate with SMEs, Agencies, and internal brand and marketing teams to create engaging content that showcases the value of Qualtrics products.
    • Map keywords to Qualtrics products and solutions and provide on-page optimization recommendations for new commercial pages and page refreshes
    • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions for identified issues.
    • Analyze performance data through SEO Monitor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools to refine our content strategy.
    • Develop, test, and implement new SEO strategies.
    • Work with web engineering to monitor and optimize site speed performance

    What We’re Looking For On Your

    • 2-4 years of experience in SEO, preference given to candidates with B2B marketing experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Drupal, WordPress or another content management system
    • Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console , and Google Data Studio.
    • Familiarity with SFDC and Marketo is advantageous.
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial, but not mandatory.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methods is beneficial, but not mandatory.
    • Quick learner with a drive to tackle challenges and resolve problems effectively.
    • Familiarity with digital acquisition channels, strategy, and best practices.
