We are a growing team looking for a Service Associate in the Central Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin, Wroclaw, Riga or Bucharest office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Service Associate, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting our operations with the pallet exchange program as well as payment operations. You’ll be collaborating closely with Program Managers, Finance, local operations team to develop best class service for our customers and ensure carrier satisfaction.

In this role, you will…

• Efficiently support the distribution of financial remunerations to our esteemed carrier partners, ensuring seamless and timely payment.
• Craft and assemble accurate and comprehensive invoices for our carriers, presenting a clear and professional breakdown of services.
• Manage and streamline the process of debt collection from our carrier affiliates, upholding financial integrity and optimizing recovery.
• Effortlessly manage and coordinate inbound communication from carriers, providing them with exceptional support and addressing inquiries or concerns with proficiency and grace.
• Handle the processing of pallet notes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth operational flow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing
• Bonus points for having experience in handling payment operations or similar financial tasks
• Excel expertise is a big advantage
• A foundation in mathematics is beneficial
• Being knowledgeable about important rules and guidelines regarding payment processing, such as those involving data privacy or financial regulations is a plus 
• Open to learning and adjusting to new technologies and ways of working
• Strong analytical skills to recognize and solve intricate problems linked to payment operations
• Meticulous attention to details
