Shift Coordinator

📣 A bit about the role

As part of the role, the Shift Coordinator will:

• Responsible for the maintenance of our MWS/ERP system ensuring full traceability is maintained, including training of operatives on systems.
• Play an active role in the daily performance meetings, take away actions to help support the production of our meals.
• Maintains and continuously improves the quality and stock systems having the ability to analyse information, drive improvements, and audit key areas within the operation.
• Holds action owners accountable for ensuring actions that affect performance.
• Escalates any service, performance or behavioural concerns to the Management Team. Will be required to build strong links into scheduling and responsible for the execution of an optimised schedule.
• Carries out investigations on shift regarding performance/people/stock accuracy matters when appropriate.
• Support the Supply Chain team in investigations, projects, and systematic transactions. 
• Works cross functionally to lead and deliver system and process based continuous improvement projects relating to functions including but not limited to; Technical, Warehouse, Production, and Fulfilment.
• Audit and ensure the completion of daily systematic transactions, ensuring our processes are continuously improving and being followed and not disrupting growth or general performance of the business.
