YOUR MISSION

As part of the Long Tail Account Management team, you will learn how to manage partners on our Glovo platform. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to account management, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic cross-functional team.

THE JOURNEY

• Assist in managing relationships with partners from small-medium local businesses
• Learn to analyze partner performance and provide support to optimize their presence on the platform
• Support the team in helping partners achieve monthly goals through investments in ads and promotions
• Contribute to strategies and processes that enhance portfolio management
• Gain hands-on experience in handling account requests as part of the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• University student or recent graduate with interest in account management, business, or related fields
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to develop data analysis capabilities
• Good communication skills with an ability to build relationships
• Results-oriented approach and willingness to learn
• Team player who can also work independently on assigned tasks
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM concepts (no experience required)
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
• Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese
• Based in Milan
