Software Development Manager (SDM), McLean, VA  

Position: SDM, with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), to provide technical leadership, direct 1-on-1 mentoring/coaching, and to assume responsibility for the professional growth and development of up to 6 direct report Software Engineers. Work directly on teams and act as servant leader helping team succeed. Apply experience conducting ETL operations via database tooling and SQL knowledge. Apply software engineering solutions, as application subject matter expert (SME), to operational problems and drive the resolution of customer escalations, working closely with our product and support teams, and drive changes that will improve our organization overall. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems or related + min. 2 years of experience in job offered or as Senior/Lead Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
