Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join one of the Patient Health Platform domain teams working on Patient Services.
As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to help Doctolib develop a holistic patient application that empowers users to manage their health and access to care.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaboratively design, implement and maintain high quality solutions delivering value to our users.
- Implement best practices to maintain and improve high standards for engineering and operational excellence.
- Proactively monitor the system’s reliability within your team’s scope by defining SLIs and continuously enhancing alerts.
- Consistently collaborate with other teams, to effectively manage dependencies and mitigate uncertainties.
- Contribute to the modularization of the team’s domain enabling Doctolib to scale.
Who you are

- You have in-depth knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.
- You are familiar with Domain Driven Design.
- You are an advocate for pair and mob programming.
- You are product-oriented and comfortable guiding your teammates to suggest tradeoffs to balance business needs with technical constraints.
- You have experience in monitoring the health of the system you are building and actively contribute to its improvement.
