Scrive takes great effort in understanding the customers’ needs from a technical perspective as well as helping customers understand the technical aspects of our service in order to design the best solution for each customer. To this end, we have a team of brilliant Solution Engineers that provide guidance and expertise in the sales process and during the full customer life cycle to ensure that the optimal solution is implemented and evolved with the customer needs.
We are now looking for an additional Solution Engineer to join our team! The role can be based anywhere within the EU, Great Britain or Norway and you will report to the Head of Solution Engineering that is located in our HQ in Stockholm. It would be considered a benefit if you were to live close to any of our offices in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Your challenge ⛰The main task is to support our revenue teams and customers, but you will also interact closely with the product and engineering departments for support and to stay updated with product development.
In your everyday work, you will:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and craft comprehensive solutions that align with their objectives.
Attend solution workshops together with sales, remotely or in-person to make sure we offer the best possible Scrive solution for the customer
Deliver engaging and informative presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to prospects and customers, showcasing how our solutions address their unique requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing insights and recommendations on how our SaaS platform can optimize their business processes and drive desired outcomes.
Provide technical pre-sales support, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting technical Q&A sessions, and addressing technical objections during the sales cycle.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our products and services
To succeed in the role as Solution Engineer, you must have following qualifications:
- Familiar with common technologies such as;
RESTful API:s
JSON & XML
Web services
Great presentation & demonstration skills
Being comfortable in both a technical and business context
Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
