As a member of the Enterprise Solutions Delivery team you’ll support Toast’s effort to move into this space in a way that delivers the most value to our customers while allowing us to scale. As Toast expands into this market, you’ll take a leadership role in conversations helping to pull together the mix of business, operations and technical voices we need to reach a scalable solution for our customers, serving as a mediator and council for the different teams involved. About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Work with cross functional team, including pre-live solutions, R/D, Onboarding, and care, to take new accounts live successfully
• Work externally with enterprise customers across journey to manage and deliver on business needs identification, custom solutions integrations, pilot and rollout coordination, resourcing, and project execution to exceed delivery expectations
• Execute on work to close identified gaps in process and operational functionalities, solving these problems with scale in mind
• Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Delivery and Consulting to build, document, and implement standard operating procedures for accounts
• Help to drive leadership decisions on problems as they arise
• Become a trusted resource on all things customer facing
• Develop a playbook of processes that can be adapted to meet customer needs so that we aren’t reinventing the wheel every time we bring an enterprise customer live

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 5+ years experience in operations, consulting, or other complex problem solving positions.
• Track record of success in designing, and implementing dynamic solutions to business problems.
• Ability to quickly learn different subject matter expertise areas to synthesize problems and solutions
• Experience with sales operations, marketing operations, or equivalent front office group
• Functional understanding of the data and reporting needs of a rapidly growing executive team hungry for visibility.
• Demonstrated ability to gather feedback, drive consensus and manage change.
• Ability to affect action across peers and guide decision makers; holds executors accountable in a positive manner

In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$108,000—$173,000 USD
