The Opportunity 

In this role, you will power our most important hires - finding, engaging and qualifying great talent for specialized roles. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers when applicable, improve day-to-day sourcing workflows and contribute data-backed insights that sharpen our strategy. 

 

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Proactively source and engage candidates for priority and hard-to-fill roles. 

  • Deliver high-quality outreach and candidate experience; share examples and tips with peers. 

  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers – when applicable – to refine profiles, calibrate quickly and keep pipelines moving. 

  • Contribute market and funnel insights (e.g., response rates, channel performance, talent maps) to guide tactical decisions and sourcing strategies on your remit. 

  • Track and report core metrics (RPS, response, screen-to-onsite) and suggest  testable improvements. 

  • Support sourcing enablement efforts (templates, search strings, talent maps, mini-research briefs). 

  • Participate in cross-functional projects as an owner for defined workstreams. 

 

What you’ll Need to Success: 

  • 4+ years in recruiting/sourcing with hands-on experience filling specialized or niche positions. 

  • A sales mindset: persuasive, persistent and value-led in every touchpoint. 

  • Practical analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into business decisions. 

  • Experienced running defined tasks and projects to completion (e.g., talent mapping, channels testing). 

  • High autonomy, urgency and follow-through. 

  • Thrive on change: you iterate fast and keep moving. 

  • Fluent in English. 

  • Previous experience hiring for Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
