Our Sportsbook Platform is ours and developed in-house – from the Architecture to our Trading teams – we have an in-house platform which hosts our brands offering Sports betting for our customers.

As a Product Design Manager at Betsson, you will be responsible for a small team of Product Designers. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, mentor junior designers by providing regular feedback and guidance, and facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals. Your leadership will empower your team to deliver exceptional results.

Collaboration is key in this role. While working closely with the Head of Design and your team, you will also engage with product managers to align design strategies with business goals and partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

The tools you and your team design are essential to our customer-facing Sportsbook product. Your work will directly impact our users' experience and satisfaction, making this role both challenging and rewarding. Every effort you put into creating intuitive and compelling designs will shape the heart of our Sportsbook offerings.

• You facilitate growth and effective processes for your team
• You assume ownership and advocate proactively for improved UI/UX solutions to ensure our back-office tools is not only up to date, but market leading
• Together with your team you solve internal customer pain points where UI/UX improvements are based on data and user insights
• You collaborate closely with the Head of Design, other designers, research, product owners, stakeholders, QA, and developers. You’ll ensure effective ways of working for your team, strive for excellence while showing enthusiasm in a fast-paced ever evolving fun and supporting environment
• You maintain and develop our Design System in collaboration with your team to secure consistency and a state-of-the-art design language throughout our product

• Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate new workflows, solutions and ideas to the rest of the design team, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary team(s)
• Passionate about learning and educating people in your team and the company about design values
• You foster empathy, an ability to put other people’s interests first
• Proven knowledge about maintaining a mature Design System
• Extensive experience creating visually pleasing and interactive prototypes through industry standard software such as Figma or similar
• Experience as a Product Designer but also experience of successfully leading other Product Designers for complex digital products
• It would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the iGaming industry and if you have a genuine interest in Sports / Sports betting
