What is The RoleWe are hiring a Finance Transformation Sr. Analyst to support high-impact programs that enable our Finance organization to scale efficiently and operate with excellence. Working with the Senior Program Manager, Finance Transformation, this role will lead and support cross-functional initiatives spanning process design, systems implementation, data analysis, and stakeholder alignment.

What You Will Be Doing- Support the design and execution of strategic programs across finance (e.g., revenue, accounting, reporting, FP&A)
- Partner with stakeholders to capture and clarify requirements, assess dependencies, and document current/future state processes
- Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause investigations
- Drive operational readiness through testing, training, change management, and communications
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and validation across systems and large datasets
- Build and maintain traceability across requirements, process design, and test plans
- Identify risks or blockers early and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Recommend and implement improvements to standardize and streamline finance operations
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Revenue Operations, Accounting, or Finance Systems
- Hands-on experience with RevPro, NetSuite, and Salesforce is preferred
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606), general accounting, record-to-report processes, and financial data reconciliation
- Proven experience with process documentation, business/data analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate independently, self-prioritize, and drive progress without constant oversight
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Lucidchart, and Alteryx is a plus
- A resourceful, action-oriented approach and a curiosity for solving hard problems
