Sr. Associate, Loyalty Marketing
This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote)
Who we are
Wayfair is working to build a world-class loyalty program that unlocks deeper, more personal relationships with our millions of customers and cements our position as their preferred destination for home shopping. The loyalty team is responsible for developing and marketing a product that rewards customers for shopping with Wayfair, and incentivizes them to keep coming back, via a bundle of benefits and joyous moments that deliver exceptional value and convenience. Through this offering, we will stimulate repeat purchasing, capture a greater share of spend in the home category, reduce the cost to serve our customers (via a reduced reliance on paid advertising), and establish a new vector for profitable company growth.
This is a team for builders, who are motivated by creating something from nothing and generating tangible impact from their work. It’s a team for scrappy problem-solvers and entrepreneurs, who don’t shy away from challenge, and have the perseverance and creativity to drive game-changing innovations. It’s a team for those who are inspired by working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders and interacting with all the components of Wayair’s leading-edge business operations (from pricing and promotions, to marketing, to technology, to supply chain and customer service). It’s a team for those who are excited to work on a strategic, high-profile initiative with visibility to the highest levels of Wayfair leadership. And it’s a team for the customer-obsessed and the intellectually curious, who will keep asking ‘why’ and ‘how can we improve’ while seeking the data and advanced analytics to drive the strategy forward.
