Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce
We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Marketing and Sales operations. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to analyze their data and processes. This role will focus on CRM data flows/data quality, identify areas for improvement, gather requirements from various sources, and ultimately turn those requirements into technical specifications. Where needed, we are looking for someone who can create new workflows and build documentation around applications that integrate with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, as well as experience in business analysis, project management, and change management.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, write BRDs and develop Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, document inefficiencies and requirements, and discover opportunities for optimization.
- Create and document processes, workflows and data diagrams for Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Design, map, and implement Salesforce solutions that are efficient, effective, and user-friendly.
- Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation of new CRM features or enhancements.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators to architect and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Manage epics, features, and user stories within Jira, employing Agile methodologies for seamless project execution.
- Perform Unit Tests and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
- Lead Salesforce projects, ensuring regular and timely updates, on-time and on-budget delivery, and user training on new Salesforce solutions.
- Partner across teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems (such as marketing, customer service, and billing), optimizing those data flow across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and developing documentation around business requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Strong project and change management skills, alongside an ability to handle competing tasks and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business workflows and system data flows.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Targeted Base Salary Range: $95,400 to $146,500
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
