Join us as an Sr Project Manager and become a key member of Glovo's Impact & Sustainability team, in charge of coordinating the implementation and strategy of our different impact programs in our countries of activities, by empowering the local teams. You will also contribute to ensuring reporting at global level, as well as creating communication and training material related to impact and sustainability.

THE JOURNEY

• Assist in developing and executing the company's sustainability and impact strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects related to sustainability, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Act as a strategic partner, ensuring alignment between global and local teams, facilitating collaboration and successful implementation of objectives.
• Be the go-to person to help local teams execute impact & sustainability initiatives.
• Design and implement a comprehensive and easily accessible knowledge base  (KB). The KB resource should serve as a central repository for all local teams, providing them with up-to-date information on playbooks, how-to guides, and best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives related to impact & sustainability.
• Develop impact & sustainability training materials for leaders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 5-8 years of professional work experience on Business, Sustainability or Product departments with Project Management ownership 
• Outstanding project management skills. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, multifaceted projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Get things done attitude, proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
• A natural inclination for social relations and an innate talent for persuading, engaging and involving stakeholders of all kinds, regardless of who you're dealing with, around shared goals.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker 
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
