About The TeamThis role is with the UK Finance team. The team covers all aspects of accounting for the UK business from the AP, AR, cash posting, FP&A audit and payroll. We also work closely with other UK teams across the business and with the US Finance team.
About the PositionReports to: Senior Finance ManagerLocation: LondonThis is a broad role within a small team which offers a chance to work across many areas of the Finance Dept. You will have an opportunity to assist with company projects as needed, build relationships, and be recognised as a key partner to the wider Cardlytics Team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the billing information, including relevant adjustments, and ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner.
- Support Client Success with the reconciliation and adjustments to customer purchase orders
- Prepare month end journals.
- Investigate variances and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Create customer accounts for new customers, including credit checks and liaise with sales and account management as required.
- Create cash receipts and payments, monitor account balances and short-term cash forecasting.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Have completed the first stages of a recognised accountancy qualification, or have a degree in a relevant subject, such that you are comfortable with basic double entry accounting.
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant role.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Google Workspace, Go Transverse (TRACT) or Salesforce is desirable but not required.
