As Databricks continues to expand globally, a thriving Global Mobility program is foundational to the success of the business. We need someone passionate in driving transformational change to programs and operations, as well as the ability to shape strategic vision and drive execution. The Staff Global Mobility Partner, Relocation & Tax will report to the Director of Global Mobility, leading the end-to-end design and overall roadmap of both the Relocation and Tax programs. This is a great opportunity to build, and provide vision and direction to a growing program and company.
The impact you will have:
- Manage Databricks end to end Relocation & Tax programs & workflows
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term relocation and tax strategies/roadmaps
- Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to determine global policies and processes
- Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing advice and recommendations
- Identify process inefficiencies, and become a process simplification champion
- Build and maintain process documentation, partnering with internal stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive employee experience
- Manage the relationship of our relocation and tax vendors, ensuring strong program execution and employee experience.
- Provide ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly reporting
What we look for:
- Technical knowledge of Mobility, Tax, Equity, Payroll
- Experience designing, scaling, transforming high-volume programs
- 7+ years of global mobility program management
- Strategy & planning mindset, execution/delivery
- You’re a problem solver, with successful project and process management experience

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$113,800—$201,300 USD
