About the jobTwilio is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Identity Platform Team in Ireland. Twilio's Identity Platform helps our customers connect to and use the Twilio products that make their businesses successful. Operating as a global platform at cloud scale, our challenge is to enable our customers, and to protect their data, while providing mission critical IAM features on the Twilio platform. This role will work on the very strategic and foundational part of the IAM platform - the Customer Model. As our customers are evolving so are their needs and usage of Twilio products, and one of the key missions for this role is to build features and customer experiences that makes it easy for our customers to set up and grow their usage of Twilio products as well as provide a cohesive and secure API and user experience for our largest of customers and partners.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Create and contribute to the strategy and roadmap for your product area.
- Define and report product metrics - being data driven is key.
- Be the voice of the customer, engage with our customers and partners to understand how we can improve our platform to increase functionality and unlock new uses.
- Drive cross-functional alignment for the platform strategy and work with stakeholder teams across Twilio to understand their needs and direction to achieve the business goals.
- Mock up concepts, write product strategy and customer value notes, define product requirements, perform UATs, write copy and do whatever it takes to express your ideas to our internal engineers, designers and other product managers.
- Work with engineering team to breakdown features and goals into smaller deliverables and ship the product features into the hands of customers

Required:
- 6+ years of hands-on Product Management experience envisioning and building B2B cloud based products.
- Have experience of working with engineering, architecture, design, product marketing, GTM sales and customer support teams throughout the entire product life cycle.
- The ability to ship quality products in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to be able to work and communicate across the organization at all levels. It is particularly important that you have experience working directly with engineers and engineering management.
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills. We are looking for candidates who can independently drive an ambiguous problem statement with multiple dependencies by using data and customer insights to narrow down the problem and come up with a solution that can be validated and launched quickly.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills. We are looking for candidates who showcase excellent ability to identify and articulate problems, impact of solving those as well as ideas and solution proposals via both written and verbal communication.
- Have a solid technical background. We are looking for someone who can easily work with the engineering teams to understand technical aspects of the product and platform, is able to take decisions and tradeoffs considering the customer requirements and importance of reliable technical implementation at Twilio’s scale.
Desired:
- Experience with building Identity Access Management products or platform products is preferred.
- Past experience of building products and solutions for partner ecosystem,
- Experience of working in a remote or async environment to be able to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones
This role will be Ireland remote or Dublin based.
